Sorry, but I don't have time to read through a hundred or so codes/faults.

As so many posts here indicate: Clear all codes (each module manually) and drive the car for awhile. Look for reappearing codes and read them slowly. Act on each one individually. The ones of yours I glanced at seem to be related to a discharged battery.

Except for your engine module and some intermittent errors, here is my interpretation of your errors (but please use it at your own risk!):

1) The keyless sensor from your rear right door doesn't work anymore - you probably need to replace the door handle.

2) Check if your lumbar height/massage from your front passenger seat is still working. A plastic part may be broken or you may have a sensor malfunction. This may be due to a loose connector. In order to check it, you have to remove the seat back cover (maybe even remove the seat).

3) A switch from the driver's seat may have an imperfect contact.

4) Both of your rear right footwell heaters (located on the floor, right under the front seats) are burned out. You need to replace them. As they are expensive, many people choose to leave them as they are, but the errors will remain until the heaters are replaced with new ones.

5) The defroster flap motors may be tired; it shows 'intermittent', so that means it gives signs of malfunction from time to time. You should do a step-by-step ('sequential') self-test in the 08 - HVAC module and listen carefully when the test reaches to that motor, to see if you can hear unusual noises or if you hear movement noises at all. Due to its location, if you will consider replacing it, I don't advise you to do that on your own - you should seek a qualified Audi technician for that.

6) Your Onstar digital radio may be improperly coded. I can't help you here since I don't have Onstar module.

7) Your steering wheel vibration motor is getting tired.

8) Try to lower completely the window from the driver's door, and then lift it completely. Then clear the error in module 42 and see if it is still present after that.

9) The front right (bass) speaker is getting tired or has an imperfect contact. You may leave it as it is, but the fault frequency is rather high so you should consider replacing. But if it doesn't bother you (e.g. if the fault is not noticeable in real case scenario), then you may leave it as it is, until it degrades further.

10) The errors in address 61 (Battery Regulator) are rather information messages indicating that on the mentioned date, the battery was depleting and the car activated some shut-off stages (1 and 2), when some equipment is turned off so the car can save power to be able to start the engine. These are the lower stages, and they may have been triggered simply by working on the car with the ignition on (and the engine off), or by listening to music with the engine off.

11) Your TPMS controller is either malfunctioning or it has an imperfect contact, but either way, the fault frequency is very high (is it still working?) and you should consider replacing.

But before you start spending money and replacing anything, you should seek a second opinion, especially from someone who can see the car. Often an 'intermittent' error is caused by an imperfect/corroded contact.

You don't need to fix everything listed, fix the ones are actually working, the scan will remove the related non broken ones. If you try to fix everything on the list, you will end up breaking things that are not broken. You'll be much better putting the VCDS in the bag, fix the car just like your MBZ, you'll be saving money and unnecessary aggravation. I only fixed broken things that I can verify, never what VCDS tells me because the Audi Software engineers aren't so good in problems isolation reporting. The old fashioned way with brains is always the way to keep A8L in great shape for many years to come.
