Default New here and would like a little help Thanks

Alright so here we go. I just recently signed up on here but have been a frequent visitor for years. Ive been through four Audis now and I absolutely love them. But now I have an issue that I can't seem to figure out.

I have a 04 A8L that I've been driving for a little while that I have a prospective buyer for and there are two, correction now three lights on the dash that I would like to remedy.

The first two are the parking brake light in the info screen and as of recently(today) the brake pad worn light. I replaced the rear pads and rotors on the car about two weeks ago without any issues other than breaking the clip on the right rear. I entered in the new pad thickness values and used the VAG to close the caliper and performed the function test and everything went smoothly. Well about a week later, my parking brake light came on and it read:

I took off the wheel and saw that the plugs had separated so I cleaned them up well and put them back together and taped them up so that they wouldn't come back apart. I then went in and tried to reset the brake system but to no avail. I attempted to run through it as if I was performing the brake install all over again but now I have this:

and now the brake pad worn lamp is coming on so I'm kind of at a loss as to what to do next. When I perform the function test, I hear both calipers extending and retracting so I'm going to assume power/grounds are all good and when I use the parking brake switch, everything seems to work as it should. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

The other issue I am having is with the headlight range control and when the car was at the dealer, they told me that it needed a right rear level control however it seems that when the car is in dynamic mode, it raises and lowers as it should. I Vag'd that as well and here's what I got:

That's what I got unless you would like the whole report, once again any help would be greatly appreciated. I kind of wish I would have had the vag before making this purchase, but I have to admit, I don't regret it and like I said, I have a prospective buyer right now that wants to close the deal ASAP. Thanks again everyone

So I just got back from abusing some weights and the brake pad warning light is now off, will check to see what codes are remaining in the morning.

Welcome to the forum.

Let me be the first to thank you for investing in a Vag-Com !

Don't know much about the brakes but a lot of others here do.

Good list of fault codes on the Ross Tech wiki that usually point me in the right direction.

Welcome. It may be everything OK with your brakes. You said that one of plugs was disconnected. In that case left and right side get out of balance. Once the system performs auto check (fairly ugly sound from the rear brakes when you shut down your engine) it gets balanced. This is my recent experience. I had to pop out one of the pistons in order to replace protecting seal and it got a bit complicated.
