Today I took car to dealer for overheating light at startup. The light goes off 15 seconds later. The SA tells me that there is a very small coolant leak on the passenger coolant tank. I never seen leakage on the ground. This has happened before, probably for atleast the last 2 years of the 3 years that I owned it. He tell me to replace the tank its 1400. Do that sound right or should just keep a eye on the coolant level till I trade it in with in the next year? Its out of warranty as of Jan 1st 2010.
They changed the parking light bulb and called it the DRL bulb. the bulb is only 3 bucks but charged me 76 dollars for labor.
The reason for taking it there in the first place was for the check engine light that was blinking. SA reported that it was coil packs and all coils was replaced due to recall.
Have anyone else had the issue with the coolant leaking from the tank?
