P0430 after replacing coilpacks/plugs
Catalyst efficiency below threshold...
Can I continue to drive like this or should I have the car looked at? How can I tell if this is an o2 sensor failure or a bad cat?? Any idea on the cost for a replacement cat? Your advice is greatly appreciated!

Did you drive it missfiring?
Usually driving a car with bad coil pack or missfiring will overheat the cat, and cause it fail soon after fixing the missfire.
Another main reason they don't want to drive while missfiring.

Re: Did you drive it missfiring?
Guilty as charged... I didn't drive much, but I did go a few miles when it was during the misfires. Am I hurting the car driving it now? Coilpacks and plugs have been replaced. Is it possible the cat is just clogged?
