Or roll a window down and crawl out.
Does everyone realize that there are not many cars these days that you "roll" windows up & down? Although I had a sporty <choke> Chevy Aveo rental recently with crank windows and no power locks.

Of course if I wanted to make the Audi look bad I would pull up the handbrake in the BMW, and vice-versa - given that the handbrake would prevent the rear wheels from spinning...
