Radio cutting on and off and bluetooth stoped working
My radio works for about 2-3 minutes then it cuts off for a second or two.
It's true for AM and FM.
I also noticed that my phone does not pair up anymore.
My MMI screen is suffering badly from the stripped gears but I assume there is no correlation between the two.I plan to have the screen fixed in a few weeks.
It's been brutally cold here so I wonder if that was a factor.
Any ideas?

The screen comes up with the MMi logo at startup, which I have never seen before and then the audio works fine but it does cut on and off every 2 to 3 minutes maybe.
Also the phone does not work anymore.It says it is paired but no connection.
I did reset the MMI, as well as the phone (reset to factory) with no success.

First your battery is low or was low charge it up
your scan is not good, it says 0F has malfunction then there is not there,
07 has parking aid error but that will not stop the system from working....
all the other optical devices says OK
so you shouldn't have any issues...
also your VCDS is old.....
next tip post the contents of the text in the forum not the file ill do it so someone else can have a look but keep that in mind for the future...

Address 77 Telephone is missing like it was newer installed. If it was previously working that's the place to investigate. Try connecting to it directly. Also delete all those faults and perform a new scan. Some of those hopefully are just history.

I had the same problem this summer and it pissed me off every day!
I bought an optical loop and tried every component of the MMI system.....nope....nothing was faulty.
I was out of ideas and when I opened the trunk to take off the optical loop I saw a weak connection! It was the nut over the red cable down on the left at that pic
tighten up the nut ....everything's fine!
