It wouldn't start again this morning- even when the ambient air temp was in the low 70's.
I started a VAGCOM scan and then the scan froze up half way through- I tried to start the car at that point and it started up, I packed up my bag and drove home immediately.
So, it is at least in the garage now.

Ok, anwering your question first.
By "no start" I mean that all the electrical comes on, but the engine doesn't even try to turn over. I get MMI, climate, cluster, everything gets power, but it doesn't even click when I turn the key to start position. Push button yields the same result.

Then this is a no crank situation and has nothing to do with the crank position sensor, nor does starting the vehicle with the key in ignition have any thing to do with the brake switch, the brake switch only comes into play when using the push button start mode of starting, what I see is that your battery has a voltage of 10.77, I did not see it posted, but what is the status of your battery, age, charge, ETC., as 05 and 25 being one in the same show terminal 15 error, and being 05 and 25 are the IMMO that would account for a no start issue.
Let us know on the battery.

No idea on the age of the battery, it was in the car when I purchased it a year ago.
There is a sticker on the side of the battery that says "2/15" so maybe a manufacture date of February 2015?
I don't know if it matters, but that scan was pulled with the engine running.

By as many faults you have, it looks like a power issue, and the easiest place to start, let's rule that out first.

Showing 10v on my multimeter across the terminals on my battery.
So. Looks like I need a replacement there... Guesses on if it will fix those codes?

That's not good, give it a good charge, 10 amps 3-5 hours if not an automatic charger, save that log file, clear all the faults, and let's see how that works out, after you give it a full charge you should have it load tested at any auto supply, after you remove it from the vehicle of course, do not let them load test it while connected the car !

Yes, all hell breaks loose when she doesn't have her proper voltage.....
If after charging and clearing all faults, you still end up with the "move gear selector to park" message, my next move would be to check your shifter gate (black plastic), there are magnets on the plastic gate that tell the printed circuit which gear the selector is in, including park.
But right now I am going to say 95% it is the voltage problem.
