Guys, Thanks for all the help. I had the vehicle scanned this morning by another shop.

Here is what I know:

Autoscan would not run.

Optical Data Bus reported: Fault Code 00384
Fault Statistics 00101011
Fault Priority 5
Fault Frequency 2

Navigation scan reported: No response from controller.

No other fault codes were identified.

Thank you in advance for your advice.

Looking at the Ross-Tech website, I think I need the separate Optical Bus Diagnostic scan results. I'll try to get that today.

Do you mean the fuses to the left side of the navigation unit as you look at the Nav unit? Is there another fuse BEHIND the Nav unit?

A fuse behind the Nav unit? I didn't see that one in the owner's manual.... Is it a fuse in the back of the Nav unit, or a fuse located behind the Nav unit?

I pulled the NAV unit. I don't see any fuse anywhere behind the the Nav unit or in the back of the Nav unit. The only fuses I see are the ones to the left of the Nav unit.
