Any "Sage Green" car-owners here? Might be my second favorite color, after Northern Blue. And, maybe after Oyster gray. I need to see all these colors together. I think I'll host the first Annual SHOW TOM THE COLORS GTG at my house. We can all park in my yard; it slopes down but with Quattro we should be OK! (I did get my E320 stuck in the yard once; Long story short: 2WD + UHP tires + wet grass + slope = car mired so far from house it's comical. Kept trying to get a running start, so kept getting further away (downhill) from the goal. Borrowed soccer mom and her 4X4 Sububurban - type truck to pull it out and SHE almost got stuck!)
Anyway, from this ad, Sage Green: Mmmmmmmmm

Not really a fan of the lighter colors - personal preference I know, but when a darker metallic changes color in the sun, I'm hooked... Biased of course. ![Smile](https://www.audiworld.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
JLM - nice stance on the car!

I've got top agree, I think the darker colours look better, but again, I'm biased, and you buy what YOU want.
Agreed too re JLM car stance. that is sweet
. Would you tell us wheel/tyre combo and lowering levels pls? Nice

Thanks for the pics, AmoKK! I noticed the car is wet; I have an "Elegant Green" Passat that is sightly darker, and when it's wet the drops make it look completely organic, as if the car is made from H2O. VW has a color named (stupidly IMHO) "Waterworld" on the Phaeton, I cannot tell if it's exactly the same as the Audi's Sage color, but these "water" colors look especially cool on our cars due to the cars' organic, rounded shapes.
It is so seldom an occurance to see an A8 or S8 here that we actually honk/wave at each other. All two of us! I have a knack for spotting cars and I have only seen two A8s in TN since the D2s and D3s have been out! I go to Lexington, KY or Florida, or Cali, or NY and they're all over! (I still have never seen the sage in person, though.
