Default Sagging driver's door

Just noticed that the driver's door is sagging on my A8. The hinge also makes a popping sound. Inspected the lower hinge and both door side torx bolts are stripped. Wondering if I remove door card can I access bolts and put on nuts? Or is that area sealed and should I try a heli-coil or time-serts?

You will most probably have to remove the door card anyway so you may as well do it first and have a look as I can't remember what it looks like but logic says to me you would have to. It only takes 10-15 mins if you have the right toolsto take the door card off but buy some spare clips as some may snap.

Helicoil is the best first step. If for some reason the helicoils fail, then timeserts is the next step.
