I have VCDS, abs and esp and brake lighy came on and says #1 fault: steering angle sensor (G85); supply voltage terminal 30
#2 fault: ABS valves supply voltage
Also my steering angle reads -2.5 and but terminal 30 has 12V
Any advice on where to look at or what to do?

Does your ABS module show a "defective" code in VCDS? If so, do not pass go and do not... As in, that code is definitive that the ABS controller is blown. Needs new for $$$$, junkyard if they would even separate it from the rest of the unit (doubtful), or rebuilt if you can find a place that does them.
Angle sensor can also be the device itself, which is part of the clock spring behind the steering wheel. That one is $$$ at dealer and no other good choice. Exact one depends on car equipment too. But, first verify ABS module is good or bad, since the two interrelate, intersecting at the ESP features.
Look at your scan too, and be sure it is not partially saying you have a general voltage/battery issue. Your code references are general enough that that could be in play.
