Suspension troubles - thought I dodged a bullett

I've recently had suspension errors (yellow/green) light, etc. I replaced the relay and fuse. No help. A scan says I have a leak. I put car in lift mode and check the next night and levels haven't change. When I listen to the compressor I hear some air hissing and when I move the air line (brown) and the black supply tube I hear air escaping. My questions is if it's the black pipe can I exchange with MB? It seems their design has been modified to one piece which would eliminate some of the cracks I'm sure I have. OBDeleven gives the "leak in system" and "temperature shut down because of overheating. I got one of the rebuilt kids from Andy and it helped a little bit, but I think my problem is with the black tubing. Any thoughts?

The Mercedes and Audi compressors are basically the same part made by WABCO for the relative model years. The internal valving is slightly different but it won't affect overall performance. The electrical connectors are radically different. You have to swap/splice them.
