Disconnect the negative battery cable, put a 12V test light between the cable and the battery's - post. It will light up. Now start to pull out the fuses one by one. When the light goes dim, you found your circuit, that drains your battery. It will take you 5-10 minutes. Of course you still have to deal with the problem, but you don't have to take any crap from the dealer. Usually they start to replace expensive parts without this simple test.
Good luck!

If I leave my turn signal on and push the "off" button. Car turns off, I walk away and the fog lights are still on! They never turn off as expected with the lights set on Auto. I've done this several times now and it would probably drain the battery overnight (although I've never left it that long). I'm careful not to leave the turn signal on when I turn off the car now. Could this be the problem?

Thanks, great thought but alas, not the problem. The dealer put an energy management module on the battery to monitor for the source of drain. After a thorough analysis today, they came up empty handed. Though there is an update for the module that Audi has suggested be loaded.
The car is about to turn 40k mi. Given thhis continued issue and having to be flat bedded in on a regular basis, I'm going to ask my service manager to have Audi extend the warranty.
