Guys: I have had no updates done to my 05 A8L MMI system since I bought the car. The MMI system has been very stable with only one glitch being my TPMS which the dealer is telling me is the batteries (?) on the sensors which are weak thus transmition to MMI system errors out from time to time. Seems to happen mostly when I run between 75-80 mph for any length of time.
My MMI system is showing the following:
SW: D3-HU 6346 06.0.0 0413
HW D3 HU 6346 D2.0
FC SW 02332 AUFC 78KO F46N
FC PS 0020 FC HW H42
My key interest is being able to set my car up with blue tooth... I know my 08 Q7 MMI system shows some different things than my A8L which I dont care about including current elevation etc. but blue tooth would be huge as my dealer has told me this has been a challenge as my car came with ONSTAR...
Any insight or help you guys can provide would be a big help to me...

I'd start a new thread on for that question, just so this topic doesn't go well off topic focusing on bluetooth. I have heard with updates to the MMI it allows the transferring of contacts from your phone to be reckognized in the car but, not completely sure.

No birds eye view on a D3
That's only a late RNS style pullout type stand alone unit (think late A4's) or something newer.
Don't know on your switching issue. Sounds like a take it back situation. Display should just work quickly as you click on Nav and then Map.

MMI s/w update
Okay, I just spent a good evening with my local Audi Tech at International Audi. Anyway, after much successful updating, I now have telephone Bluetooth capability and some rearranged menu items. My SIRIUS module even works better (knock on wood).
It's my understanding the current (03/01/10) SW version is now 4610 as pictured below:
I was made aware that my prior Bluetooth SW was painfully out of date and to become current I needed this update to foster the rest. Though there was a 10% risk of crashing my MMI, I took it and updated this module tonight as well. All went well.
As for the menu items, the same information is still present on my MMI module, just in different screens. Strange, but easily navigated, nonetheless.
Thanks for everybody's input.

Do you know the p/n for the 46.10 update?
