Upper Control Arm Bushing Size
Can someone please let me know the size in mm of the Upper Control Arm Bushing? I had mine replace less than 20K ago and I see they are ripped apart again. I want to try a Polyurethane bushing so that this does not happen again.

Don't know, but three suggestions on "normal" part:
1. Buy only high quality and perhaps just OE. There is a sense on Audi suspension parts there are a fair number of less than well made ones now, particularly the Chinese sourced stuff. Meyle is among those critiqued. I used non OE on my A6, but now think I will just buy from Audi when mine next go.
2. Make sure who ever does the install loads up the bushing before tightening it down. If it is tightened with wheel in the air, that's a great way to have the bushing tear out w/in 20K miles. When I recently did my A6 I just snugged it, but then got the car fully on the ground, parked it over a gutter swale where I could scoot underneath, loosened the bolt and retightened it. Obviously if you have a drive on rack either DIY or at the mechanic, it makes it easier. But to be clear, not a lift that leaves wheels hanging free for the final tightening part.
3. Realize these bushings do have to flex some in multiple dimensions; they do not just rotate around the mounting bolt on a single axis. The lower ones move more in multiple dimensions, but if you turn the wheel some time and watch carefully, you can see it. Thus, won't-budge-no-matter-what isn't the way to go either.
