Default Urgent! Cant access MMI

Just connected new bluetooth module instead of onstar and XM radio. Started the car and MMI screen wont show anything. Also with vag-com can not access radio, navi, cntrl head, radio and smth else. MMI screen actually came out with start up screen, but then went black and wont go down

There is a break in the MOST ring.

Likely from the IN/OUT connections be reversed or not snugly inserted in the new module.

Firstly remove the new module and use a loopback connector to verify.
If that brings everything back to life use loop break diags in VCDS:

Thank you! Pins were swapped by accident. I corrected everything. How to get mmi to work now?

There is a 3-finger salute to restart MMI.

THis is I think the same on D3:

ps - Glad it was just a swapped pin ! I've taken customer networks down doing that =0)

pps - Clear DTC's before you restart the MMI just in case

MMI wont restart and I still get code 00384 OPtical databus open circuit. Damn, I checked the ring, also bought from dealership a plug to go into MOST.
I wonder if thats because of ring break diagnostic wire which was connected to XM module. Its not connected to anything now, could that be the problem?

Can you connect XM module back as it was? I had same problem but Bluetooth module was broken. I hope it's not the case.

I am not sure but I think I had the same Optical Bus Diagnostic with broken Bluetooth module installed at the same place. I've connected Sirius back and everything was OK. Returned the thing and bought a new one and it worked flawlessly. Still does (knock, knock). Check pins and everything again.

Connected XM back, still the same. Is there anything under back seat that was possibly damaged?
