Nice. I went with original S8 spec Yokohamas, 265/35/20's. The rims are 20x9" so hopefully all should be well. I have lowering links too, but will try and see if Vag Com can do the job first...

Software lowering for 1" brings body at 65mm or 2.6" from the ground at Dynamic setting. I don't think anything lower has any sense. Even with this much one have to be very careful at speed bumps.

I would say that rears have bigger outside diameter too. Not good for your mid differential.
Staggered wheels wise, again good for looks and useless. Same goes for 22's.
