Hi All, I am having a big trouble of my 2007 audi a8. I got this car a week ago as a certified pre-owned vehicle. Even since then, I feel the vibration from the gas pedal and brake pedal while acceleration, especially when the revs of engine between 1k to 3k rpm. I can feel the high frequency vibration. And when I drive on the high way, I can feel the road! The gas pedal and brake pedal vibrate. I took it to audi dealership where I bought it. They told me there is nothing wrong with it. But I know there is something wrong. The vibration is so annoying and making my feet numb. BTW, the audi dealership did 4 wheel balance. But still, I can feel the vibration, both from the road and the engine. What should I do? Please help!!Thanks!!!!

Tell the seller to just fix the problem. If they insist on the nothing wrong approach, find another D3 from a friend or some helpful person at an Audi forum and show to them as "evidence". Or bring your car to a more competent Audi dealer that can support your claim.
No reason why you should have to waste more of your time or pay for their incompetence and poor customer service.

...there are many possibilities, so selling dealer should sort out.
Variously it could be things like a problem with the driveshaft (my first instinct from your description), an out of round tire, an ignition issue, a torque converter issue, maybe a halfshaft issue, a bad engine mount, or a variety of other things.

This is really funny.
hardly ever I defend the dealers or throw them under the bus either without having something that makes sense and they can be prove incompetent.
you need to give more specific details on your "big trouble" as you call it whatever it may be.
bad axles, bent wheels, out of round tires, broken bushings, bad torque converters, bad driveshafts, bad transmissions, bad coils, unbalanced flywheels and just about anything else that can make a drivetrain vibrate/shake/rattle or wooble have been driven by me on a very frequent basis and never had my feet "numb"
personally I think you may be having a hart attack, no dealer can help you there.
how can only the gas and brake pedal vibrate?, why would you have your feet at the gas and brake at the same time?

One. Thing I can tell u.. Do not let it go with them... Even if it comes down to return the car. Especially if it turns out to be a big problem cause that's an indication that, there are more, bigger, problems down the road.... I'm talking from experience here. I have with my a6 4.2 ....
I hope that's not the case ....
I personally do not think that there are any more low class and deceiving people than dealers, especially service. But they will pay it one way or another....
Good luck
