Where do you find the paint code on an A8?

On the car itself, in the spare tire well (upper right) or in service book...
Find the build sticker in either location (should be indentical). Look for "Lackfarbe" (it may say it in English too). The typed # is the code. Typically four digits--some numbers, some letters.
