18x7.5 et20 225-45-18 tire, it's for a 07 S8?

Most likely they won't fit at all. Big front brakes hardly accept most of 18" rims. Besides that tires are too small. 1.5" smaller diameter lowering your car for half of that. Last thing you want for winter.
