C6 A6/S6 is your likely best donor vehicle besides A8's

Similar offsets and more likely to find 17's or 18's. A6's were in same general weight class as the 4.2 A8's, something to keep in mind compared to say, A4 wheels. If you care, C6 wheels will also be machined for TPMS sensors, while C5 generation A6/S6 wheels won't be in general. Obviously coming from another Audi, the center caps will match the vehicle make.

Besides the Mercedes same bolt and hub pattern, other cross platform donors in the same weight class (actually greater in both cases) and similar build would be VW Phaetons and the Bentleys w/ the W12.
