Hey guys. I'm looking around at pre-owned 2011 A8s. One of the ways I am able to comb through ads quickly to determine if the A8 is a long or short wheelbase is to see a picture of the steering wheel. A8L has the 4-spoke steering wheel, and A8 has the 3-spoke steering wheel. I am seeing some A8s (short wheelbase) with the 4-spoke wheel. Am I incorrect in my "wheel-determining factor"? I was told by my dealer that 3-spoke is short, and 4-spoke is LWB. Or is 3-spoke for the sport package? Any help here?

For both 2011 and 2012 the 3 spoke wheel is standard on A8 (NWB)--- however, the Driver Assist pkg replaces the 3 spoke wheel with the 4 spoke wheel on NWB cars.
