A8/A8L 4.0T Intakes
Yes I know the factory airbox design is good. But its too damn muted! Also the S6 cIaims 20+ hp on APR stage1 and I want to hear my turbos at least a little bit. I see there are several for our S5/S7/S8 brothers. But why should the more athletic kid get all the toys? lol
I emailed Roc-Euro about making an A8 version of their S6/S7 intake. I hoping they make us A8 guys something! Please if you want an intake for your 4.0T email Roc-Euro and tell them you want one. Maybe if enough guys buy in they will make us one?

I tried as well as another intake place I NY.....there was a post on here about them as well. The shop in NY said they would make one it that they needed a car to prototype from. I can see where that would be an issue.
I myself would like an intake as I am at Stage one and have a rear muffler delete. I think the market number wise is tiny, how many cud they possibly sell???

I can see if Boosted Creations can make a 4.0T intake for an A8. Just like Stevereddy said, they would need an A8 in the shop to make a prototype though. Just an FYI, the previous guy that worked at Roc-Euro works for Boosted now. Anyone in the central NY area or nearby want to bring their A8 in to get one made?

Has anyone heard back from Roc-Euro yet about making an A8 appropriate model for their S6/S7 intake? I've contacted them, but no reply of any kind yet.

A8 intake
any luck with the intake? I’m trying to get my ‘17 A8 to 200mph, stuck at 188.8 with APR Stage I. Every little bit helps.
Trying to also work RS7 turbos and APR downpipes with a custom tune, since APR still doesn’t have Stage II (down pipes only) let alone Stage 3. S6 is getting 634hp on 93 with RS7 turbos, slightly different motor but I want that!

Roc Euro said they do have intakes for the A8, but I would go with the Silly Rabbit Motorsports solution. Twin intakes straight to the turbos (elbow is very restrictive) and better manufacturing (5-axis machining) and better customer service.
I voted with my dollar anyways. Also SRM intercooler, CHRA turbo upgrade, and APR downpipes. 200mph is the goal!

Just checked their site today and take a look at this. 30+ HP gains seem a little far fetched but I wonder how it sounds!
