Well, I got my 2015 A8L and looking at it, I've come to the conclusion that it just needs something. I've determined that the trunk deck is crying out for a spoiler. I'd like to still keep a subdued, understated look to the car and install just a lip spoiler, but cannot seem to find one I'm confident will fit. There are a lot of Taiwan and China products which I'm somewhat suspect of, and would rather have American made.
I've seen one by Hofele America but it is a little more spoiler (and more money) than I was planning for.
Anyone have any ideas or perhaps a source? Pics would be a real help. Thanks.

have you seen the spoiler on the back of the new S8 plus? its lip spoiler like the S3s have.

Indeed, it is pricy if you cross check to one of the online dealers via part #'s. #41 from screen shot below, either primed or carbon fiber variant. Can be pulled if you use a Euro EKTA on line system. The web public ones for US (like via Jim Ellis site) are still several years behind except when they have their adapted/slightly non EKTA diagrams for a given area of car. Meantime, clicking on image below shows it bigger if needed.

The prices below did check out slightly favorably to what I saw at one of the other online dealers I use once I had part #'s. I will just stay stock, but something tells me eventually you will find a direct ship from China design copy for meaningfully fewer $. Quality is the usual big TBD that you never question with a factory part--both initial fit and finish, and no distortion or separation of material over time.
