Default Back again! Have a color question

So I am once again back! After going through 8 Audis I now have my dream one in the option packages I wanted. Problem is I don't know which gray it is? Is my car Monsoon Gray Metallic or Daytona Gray Pearl Effect?
Car is a 2014 S8 with the exact wheels and options I wanted. The nicer leather, Alcantara headliner, B&O sound system, sport wheel and night vision as well as the solar sunroof as it is Texas and summer sucks. I got the car at what I feel was an amazing deal. It's super clean and came with APR downpipes and stage 2 APR tune.
I LOVE this car so much, just unsure of color and can't find the code sticker anywhere.

From pics, looks like my 2015 S8 in Daytona Gray. That color is the default "signature" S color--used to be exclusive to S's, but seems now to be available for others too. But, with lighting in any pic, always hard to be 100% sure. The car build sticker is in the trunk if you dig. IIRC, only by pulling all the spare tire stuff out do you finally see it. If not also in service manual, get a picture of it for future reference. Color both inside and out are among the prominent codes it has.

Call your local Audi dealer. Give them you VIN, and ask them if they can tell you the color. Also ask if they'll pull a Vehicle Configuration Report for you since you don't have the window sticker. The VCR will list exterior color, interior color, all options installed on your car and MSRP.

Good luck.

IIRC if you call the Audi 800 number with a VIN, they can run off the window sticker for you.

Also FWIW, I found the pic in my old photos of exactly where the build sticker is on my 2015 S8. See below. Start disassembling--lower rear trunk wall area under trim or other stuff. Left side in pic is where the striker plate area of trunk latch is. You can see battery in middle right. Spare and all the tool stuff in the black plastic molded foam is already out too.

In the pic below, I had also removed the bracket that holds the spare wheel above the battery--since I was trying to see the battery sticker at the time too. Back then, my 2015 S8 had the 75A Golf sized 4 banger battery that was probably for pretend weight savings for the EPA testing. When my MMI camera display started flaking and I noticed some Sirius station resetting at stop lights, I went with the 110A Big Boy. Might have helped with the radio reset stuff; the MMI camera display was simple wiring plug stuff per another thread I did on it.

Woah MP you have captured my mystery wire that I found unpluged. Its small, two wire with standard connector. Its on the left going across the lower trunk locking pin/mechanism. I am guess it is for a small light. Any one know what that cable is?

Mine has a trunk light right in that area the wire would lead to. Two below hat shelf area for trunk, plus one there just above trunk floor and below opening for trunk lid when all the parts are back in.
