Received a membership packet from Fidelity today with this inside.

Anybody heard of/familiar with them ?
From what I've been able to find online they don't sound too impressive.

I take it this is above and beyond Audi Roadside.....

I have the same question and found this...

I was just going through a pile of stuff and found this same packet from a few months ago. The membership card is good for 4 years and dated from the date I bought my last Audi. So anyone have any experience with Cross Country?

Are they better than AAA or about the same? Thanks for any feedback.
