I am interesting in hearing about dynamic steering, both with regard to actual driving experience and its settings. Regarding the latter, my steering wheel (with dynamic steering)is about 10 degrees off center while the car is moving straight. Any comments. Thanks.

I keep my car's steering set to Dynamic full time. It may actually require you to "work" a little harder in that it's much quicker to react to the slightest movement of the steering wheel, as well has feeling a bit more weighted (heavy)---as opposed to standard or Comfort settings that feel lighter and may keep you straighter with less steering correction needed. I like the more precise steering response in Dynamic, as well as the more weighted feel.
As for your car being somewhat off center in Dynamic, I'd suggest you have alignment checked. Your car should be perfectly centered in all steering modes. In Dynamic, any alignment imperfection might be exacerbated.

ditto with the alignment check... my car came totally out of alignment and the dealer didn't have the software update for their system to allow them to realign it properly for 3 months.
All's fine now though.
