I have an issue w/my 2013 A8L 4.0L. Every time I start the car and back out of my garage and put the car in park and open the drivers door the engine shuts off. I there a fix for this? I have had my Audi in for the 2 major recalls & it has not addressed this issue. I was told by the dealer that the early 2013 production models were engineered that way but the late 2013 productions corrected that issue. Audi says they can't do anything for me. Are you telling me that a machine costing nearly $100,000. cant be software upgraded to fix an issue like this. Please provide some insight if anyone else has had or still has this issue. Is there a fix. It is very annoying!!!!!!!!!

I've heard of this on the C7, but not on the D4 yet.
May be additional info in the C7 forum.

I'm a nubie so forgive me if I tell you I don't know where to go to get on the C7 forum. I was kicked off of my 1st D3 forum because I did not have the proper access. This is not the most user friendly site. Not trying to be rude but it's almost like they only want people that own an R8 to ask questions.
