Dealer Service Adviser called, car is in being inspected, Went and picked up a Q8 Sline as my loaner, 200 miles, brand new from the dealer

I was told the previous owner purchased the service plan, and it follows the vehicle. So that is good news. Haven't been told what the diagnosis is yet, but the advisor said the car will get a very close nice over and anything the warranty will cover they will replace if there is question.

Agreed. I had a similar issue that turned out to be a leak in passenger side strut. The pump will work as long as it can to keep the car level and them shut off causing the fault. It could eventually burn out.

Got the call today. Complete drive side strut assembly will be replaced. They will test the pump and do an inspection for the other strut. if it shows any premature wear or signs, they will replace.

Advisor hopes t have it finished by Friday morning.
