Looking to buy a 2012 a8, has 115k miles, however has good service history and clean carfax. Wondering some common problems around this mileage and what to expect for service coming up.

​​​​​​For what it is worth, I have found mine fairly reliable at 118k. I bought it last year with 93 on it. Most annoying issue was the secondary coolant pump that was causing a burning smell that was misdiagnosed (I posted about it) and then this year I needed new sparkplugs and coil packs. Annoying but regular maintenance. All in all, the car seems pretty solid. There are other minor issues that exists, but it is almost 10 years in service. It is doing pretty well

I recently bought a 2011 Audi A8L with >100K miles on it. I put 10k miles on it in 1 year. I have done nothing except for 2 oil changes, air filter replacements, and spark plugs. The spark plugs are super easy on this car. There is a recall related to a coolant leak where it can enter engine computer through wiring harness TSB 2033806. Make sure that was already fixed. I also have a leaking valve gasket which I have to address.
