Hi,
Since few weeks I'm riding my A8.
Unfortunately I can't find out how to swich off passenger airbag. I don't have this option in my glove box so... this could be difficult.
is there any option how to do that by vcds?
Thank you in advance for any advices!
Kamil

+1. If this is really about the dash light (which also has anti tampering electronics logic), get out the tape of the appropriate color/type. That or some kind of rubbed in paint are the practical options--at passenger's' risk. The light also interacts with baby seat placement FWIW, so it isn't just "regular" passengers.
Not aware BTW it can be done w/ VCDS. 20 years ago there was a procedure and TSB for that for rear side air bags with potential risks for small kids, but I haven't seen that published in many years.
