Default Made a NY/LA trip

Cannonball Run Style
In my 2013 A8L with 116k on the odometer.

34:25:08 total time, 6 fuel stops after leaving the Red Ball garage.
Car averaged between 23.8 mpg to 19.9 mpg (depending upon driver and altitude and octane)

The car was made for this type of driving. I have fallen in love with her, again!

Sounds like a great experience. What was your average mph?

.
Over 80, anyway. How do you get away with it for so many miles without drawing any "attention"?

We (the 2 of us) didn’t drive at breakneck speeds, rather in the 95-120 range most of the way.

Used Waze, Google Maps, JBV1 and V1 Gen 2.

We had a spotter car in Nj and another in Oh.

That helped out a bit. When in those 70/75 mph states, traffic moves at 90 anyway. So running 25 over in a car that doesn’t look like it’s moving when it’s running 100 mph is very easy.
