myAudi quirk

I tried to pick an online destination from myAudi today.
It gave me a list of entries and I chose the right entry. The address looked fine, but when you chose to go to the destination (only about 60 miles within the UK from where I live), it then changed its mind and said the destination was just outside Amsterdam 8 hours away.
As Audi technical haven't been able to solve my "myAudi woes", I'm pretty much stuck with a system that now I cannot:
a) login to
b) reset from the car
c) get any help on
d) rely on for the two entries that I do have in there
They've basically given up. Not good.

It's the online function to store locations/car/route information that marries with your car.
https://secure-www.audi.com/com/bran...ls/myaudi.htx/
It requires your car to support the online feature available in Europe from day 1 of the cars release. In the US it's only become available earlier this year.

Mine is a 2011 and does not show google earth option so I dont know if I have that function. I will check into it with the dealer. Thanks and hope you get your issue resolved.

Still no joy here, but meeting up with someone from Audi UK to show them my issue (will take the opportunity to show them a few others gripes whilst I'm at it). The chap is a good person, met him at a few Audi events and he knows how to get the message across to the right people back in Germany.
I have noticed that since cracking 30,000 miles the car seems to have a new lease of 'oomph' in dynamic mode. It's quite remarkable, throttle response is bonkers quick, so is the urge to rev and pull like the proverbial train. I find myself easing back into comfort within a few minutes or it's my age!

The issues have been escalated to the backoffice team in Germany. It looks like they believe me that there is an issue with their system. They already admitted that the pin generation not working for our A6 is fixed by a software update next week.
It's troubling that these things still feel like they weren't tested properly.
