.
The complete instructions for this are in your owner's manual.

Thanks for the answer, i need to keep the sunshade open while the sunroof is closed,so i can get more lights from the sunroof to the interior, it opens and closes simultaneously with the sunroof, i can't find a way to do it separately, i tried doing it manually but no way.

Wait, what? The sun shade just slides back manually, you don't need to use the sunroof's buttons. OR, open the sunroof and it will move both the sunroof and the shade together. Then close the sunroof, the shade will stay in the open position unless you MANUALLY close it. Right?

When i close the sunroof the shade closes too, it doesn't remain open. I can't find out how to do it manually. Thanks.

.
From what I remember on my '13 (non-pano), the position of the shade and glass were not locked together.

It seems you have solar sunroof meaning the panel is opaque so the shade does not move independently from the panel
