I doubt you check quattroworld DIY forum, but I have been building a house in FL myself for three long years now. A few months away from moving in, right now we live in apartment across the street, sold the Forest Park house earlier this year.

Okay, now that I've spent WAY too much time looking at cars over the past week, I think this is what I am interested in:
2016 - 2018 4.0T Sport
White, silver or maybe gray
20" sport wheels, really don't want to go to 21", would rather have a better ride
B&O
Night Vision (why not?)
Balao Brown interior (I've only seen these online, but I love it!)
There was a 2016 4.0T sport that showed up at Mercedes Benz of Daytona near me the other day. I called and they said it had a suspension problem and they were going to send it to auction. Here are the pictures: https://photos.app.goo.gl/9hD6t6CFpH1ZVbYV8 I went and looked at it, in really, really nice shape, almost pristine, had 82K miles and was a trade in. Two owners, brand new Audi brakes, highly maintained, and had some kind of clunk in the right front when you put the brakes on. The actual air suspension was just fine. They were asking $26.8K plus a ton of fees. They said they would sell it for 24.1K after I offered 18K.
I am now understanding what a car like this costs. I am happy that I passed as it did not have B&O or night vision or Balao Brown interior and had 21" wheels.
I'm just going to sit tight and wait for a great deal, maybe something will come up on cars and bids.
That would be a nice car to own. My previous D4 S8 had night vision and I "used" it just a few times. If your car doesn't have it I wouldn't fret about it. Unless you live in dark areas with deer crossing the road?
Also, my hearing is still darn good (is what others say, don't just take my word for it) and I sure like music coming from a good sound system, but between Bose and B&O I don't remember hearing a significant difference in quality. The tweeters going up and down in the dash is of course very cool.
