Question Tuning MTM or APR

Has anyone here dealt with or thought about going the MTM route vs the APR route??

MTM seems almost unobtainium in USA as well as big bucks/Euros. Distribution here has been close to zero for at least last 10 years I have poked at back to D3. If I went that way, for tuning I would also probably want to be physically near one of the few guys who seem to handle their stuff, which I'm not.

Agreed. I would go for whatever one is closest to you incase you need a refresh or something.
MTM has higher costs associated with legalization in europe, so the products will tend to be higher.

i have to say they have cool body parts. But the APR tune is readily available and works without flaw for me. Stage one 2014 A8 4.0.
Look at Moshammer as well for D4 stuff

I have APR downpipes and MTM stage 2 and it have worked flawless for 24.000miles.

But i live in europe, if i lived in the us i think i would just have went with apr.

Point taken, and it make sense go MTM and be stuck with having to find a needle in a hay stack trying to get any adjustments.

How would I determine which 3.0T engine I have??
