Hi all,
How well does the light beige/tan/cashmere wear?
I currently have a black interior, but I am looking at a different car and there seems to be a preponderance of lighter Interiors with blue color exteriors, and that is giving me some pause.
I have an active lifestyle and a kid. No pets int he car, but I do use the car actively. I ref and am muddy etc. The black interior on my car genuinely looks brand new after 10 year, I am trying to figure out if the beige I teriors wear as well
Any info would be appreciated

By the sounds of your lifestyle, the black interior is the way to go for you if you want to keep your sanity. If you get a lighter interior color, my concern is you will be cleaning all the time if you like your interior to look good.
I have noticed with comparing black interiors to tan interiors in A8s with the same mileage. The black interiors almost always look better and show less wear.
Good luck.

I had light beige leather in my A5 cabriolet and it wore fairly well but definitely did suffer from clothing/jean/dye transfer over time. A good cleaning got it looking nearly new but what I saw happen was where the side of the bolster wore the most the light color wore off and it almost went kind of grey...
My nougat brown cars have not done this and my black leather S5 cabriolet is too new for me to provide any feedback, but we all know black leather will wear the best over time....

They do make ceramic leather protection products. I dont have as active lifestyle as you and I have black leather but my wife's sunscreen wipes off so easily.
Used carpro leather 2.0 (think that's what its called)

I second 16Boost. Even on RIDICULOUSLY fragile white Rolls Royce leather the ceramic coating makes it easy to wipe clothing transfer, and I’m sure dirt, right off

I have the same interior with two young boys. Ages 13 and 8.
First thing I did was buy black rubber monster mats. My 8 year old still uses a booster seat, so I got a black bath mat that I put under his booster. That helps contain the spills greatly.
I clean the interior every month with quality leather cleaner. I steam clean the carpets twice a year. So far, the interior has held up well.
