What Color Wood with Black Interior?

I am about to order my S8 and my first decision is if I go with carbon fiber or wood. I keep thinking it's a LOT of carbon fiber so I then started looking at the wood that is available. I can't decide if the Walnut Brown is too red or if the Gray Vavona is too light. Of course they don't have any in stock with the combos so I can't see them live.
Decisions decisions. Any thoughts and or pictures would be greatly appreciated.

I've got the Assam Gray Vavona and it's too dark for the Titanium interior.
Think it would look kind of flat against a black interior.
Does your dealership have the wood and leather samples in the drawers ?
I used those to decide by placing them in vehicles.
Wish I'd ordered and specified Walnut instead of taking one on the lot.

Get the carbon fiber. If you don't like it, I'll switch my vavona gray wood with you. I've got a silver/silver car and would've loved to have the carbon fiber in mine, but I didn't order mine...

The carbon fiber is quite nice. Not "too much"
It's balanced off nicely with the rest of the trim.
Mine has the dark walnut. With black interior and piano black other inserts.
Audi does a great job with their color schemes so it hard to go wrong!!
You'll alway find a buyer for the carbon if you hate it.

I have the black interior with dark walnut/piano black on my A8L and it is a very nice combination, but a little conservative. I ordered the S8 with black interior and carbon fiber/aluminum because I wanted the car to look a little sportier and the Audi carbon fiber weave is very attractive. I also like the aluminum trim going all the way across the top of the dash below the window instead of the piano black in the A8L.
