My Audi app issues
My Audi app on my iPhone has not been updating for the last few days and I keep getting the message: "Data not updated. You do not have the necessary rights to carry out this action. Error: E:MBB.5 (240719161258)"
Very strange as I have not changed any settings on the MMI nor my phone.
Any input would be much appreciated.

Forgot to add that I logged out and back in to myAudi App.It recognizes my car and the VIN but the app says "never updated" which is a load of bull...
I would say that the current IT outage may have something to do with this, but my app has not been updating for over a week.

I called Audi Digital Services support phone line and got all my issues resolved. Long story short, I deleted myAudi app from my phone and started fresh. Also deleted my phone from the MMI screen and reconnected to the MMI as if I was connecting it for the first time.
Audi Tech support was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I recommend anyone with connect issues to try them out. Their phone number in the US is 800 822 2834
