I threw it away. It could be six or 9 bolts, two different types of bolts (basically, screws), securing something in the front trunk. As I read it through, not sure that's the exact issue I had. Could be similar. I haven't heard the same rattling from the air vent yet.

I would be great if you could get the TSB or some identifying number. More than one person has this issue and so far my SA has proclaimed that he doesn't hear it, despite me provide a video showing it rattle over expansion joints, etc.

I drove a bit longer today. I do not think this fixes the issue. When the technician test drove with me, we did not hear it b/c the bump wasn't "big" enough.

Back to the drawing board as they say....my suspicion is that it is part of the retractable vent device as when I close the vent on mine, I don't hear the rattling.

Same thing, if I close the vent, I don't hear it either.
