Rear Seat Middle Headrest

Hello everyone, Something that’s been bugging me since I purchased my 2018 55 TFSI, the middle rear seat headrest is always down, however i can lift it up and it flops back down. Is there anyway to keep it up permanently or is there a switch or button that I should be looking for? Thank you!!
