REAR SUNSHADES NOT WORKING
Our Audi A8 has been experiencing issues with the automatic rear shades and windows. Despite the rear middle seat tablet indicating that the car shades are up, they are actually down and the windows won't roll down. I would appreciate any advice or solutions on how to fix this problem."

Check the related fuses first, and if that does not cure your issue, take it to the dealer.

I've had this issue.
Go into OBD11, find the applicable module (e.g. rear left door), basic setting - rear window regulator, driver side, reset adaption
*note: I am going *off of memory here*. I forget exactly how I fixed this so you might have to muck around. It might be "reset side window shade standardization, etc".
