I never did figure this out, but someone with a 2019 A6 confirmed this worked for his car:https://www.kufatec.com/en/dvb-t-tv-...niversal-42000
The Kufatec product that claims to disable auto start stop did not end up working for the Q8, so it probably won't work for the A8 too.
