...of different intervals listed.
Take my 2.8L 30v. My dealer says it should be changed at 90k miles. Bentley gets a list of recommended maintence, there list indicates 60k miles. There's a sticker on my lock carrier that says 75k miles. That's threee different intervals all coming directly or indirectly from Audi. I found that VERY interesting!!
I went with 60k miles!!

And the timing belt for the S6 @ 90k. Then as you said, the Bentley says 60k on the timing belt...
But I mean, I have lost count of the number of times 60-70k is mentioned... and when mine was at 60k, it was getting loose and nicely worn... you'll see the threads showing through. To me, that isn't a belt with another 50k left.
I wish Audi would be consistent with the intervals, and really inform owners about the service needing to be done.

...for something as important as a t-belt there are sure a lot of conflicting intervals "floating" around. Audi needs to pick an interval and MAKE sure the consumers know what it is. You would think they would have that interval printed on everything...but it's quite the opposite. They don't even mention it in most (if any) owner's manuals.
I know my Porsche mentions it in the owner's manual. It also says 60k interval about everywhere you look. I wonder why Audi's isn't doing it that way??
