1996 A6 -- remote locking question
Is it possible to get the new-style folding key with integrated remote for an older Audi?
I'd like to get a new set of keys in the new style for my existing car without spending hundred of $$$. Would also like to custom-program the remote system as I've seen some people do, to open/close windows with remote.
Any info would be appreciated. THANKS!

Could I buy a new-style switchblade key like this one and reprogram/re-key it to work with a 1996 A6???

Do you need to buy a blank for dealer, or could you re-key an existing one???
Like, if someone's selling one on eBay, could it be re-keyed and re-programmed?
