92 Audi 100 CS No Start

Need Help! Replaced all sensors, computer, wiring harness and it still won't start. We can't figure it out. Any ideas?

Fuel system failure? Pump? Are you getting fuel to the engine..

Checked fuel pressure. It has no spark, no fuel injector pulse. The camshaft position sensor was replaced, the crankshaft position sensor was replaced, the rpm sensor was replaced...all with known good parts. It has no fuel injection pulse or ingnition pulse from the control unit.
