95 A6 probems

I cannot get my air to come out the vents no matter what i do. I can get them to come out the defrost or the floor but cant get it to come out the vents.. any help would be greatly appreciated! Audi wants over $1000 to fix. they say they have to replace all my morots for the air flow.
I also have a problem braking when i apply the brake at about 20MPH the anti lock kicks in and stops right after i hit 19MPH
