1.address 17 (instrument cluster - C4 Kombiinstrument) went into stealth mode, invisible.
previous printout shows: WSC 42618, coding 0262, no faults found. How do I revitalize it?
2. What does "K-line stuck" mean? - how to resolve that?

Code 0262, WSC 42618 is the instrument cluster part no. screen. You should have seen the P/N...
when you saw these numbers, i.e., 4D0 919 033 C4. If not, then you probably need to code the instrument cluster as follows:
- Go to 07, "Code Control Module"
- Input the control moduel code:
00 Irrelant field
2 USA (or)
3 Canada
6 6-cylinder
2 Gasoline engine
Once you input the code, you should see the P/N identified on the Code 0262, WSC 06812 screen. This infro from my Bentley Repair manual.
I believe "K-line stuck" is tied to the VAG-COM program, check their website for resolution.
