added a little too much oil to my car on my last oil change...
started it up for the first time since the change today and noticed "smoke?" coming out of the muffler. Realized I had put too much oil in I drained some out and checked the level, which seemed ok. I started up the car and no more smoke came out. For the minute that smoke was coming out of my muffler, did I do any damage to the car or is there something I should do now for anything I may have messed up? Too much oil can damage the Cats, O2 sensors, and mufflers. If you didn't run it very long, you...
probably did little, if any, damage to the exhaust system.
