Do you have OBD+VAG tool? It's $60. You could then check the fault codes

I thought... (I could be wrong) that the air bag light if when you start the car.. and doesn't go off in the first 35 seconds was due to the light filament... where the light is burned out.. but the second light comes on as a warning but then goes out 2 minutes into starting the car
